DUNCAN RECEIVES A MEDAL23 May 2007 |

| A Toc H member was presented with a Civil Award by Southborough Town Council for making an outstanding contribution to the community in which he lives. Duncan Oakley has lived in Southborough for almost half a century and joined High Brooms branch on his retirement. He acts as treasurer for the branch and also organises many events for members.
