| Toc H are pleased to announce that they have been appointed by Cheshire
Sure Start to deliver the childcare facilities in their proposed
Children's Centre, Blacon, Chester. The facility is planned to be opened in September 2006, and Toc H will begin working in partnership with Surestart to develop this exciting initiative. Special thanks must go to Tracy Goodhead Toc H Early Years Adviser for her expertise in assisting to put the Business Plan together, and her excellent representation for Toc H at the interview stage.
