PSHCE programmes help to tackle issue which young people may face at some point in their lives. Highly experienced and trained youth workers deliver the programme in partnership with teachers withina school or community centreenvironment.

Personal Developmentindividual 'mentoring' programmes are particularly successful for young people with challenging behaviour, who for various reasons, have disengaged from school and mainstream education. Each programme is developed to the specific needs of the young person involved, offering an alternative educational experience, which often leads to reintegration within the school system.
